EXCHANGE & RETURN
Filmore's return policy allows you to return the product within 45 days of receiving the package.
You have the right to open the parcel and check its contents.
To comply with return conditions, we recommend trying on shoes on a soft surface, such as a rug or carpet.
The product should be returned without any user marks, in its original condition and packaging.
If these return conditions are not met, we are obliged to charge a handling fee or refuse the return.
RETURNS
You can easily register your return on our return portal. All you need to register for your return, is your order number and the email address you have used to place the order. You can find the order number in the confirmation email you received. After following the provided steps, a return label will be generated. Print it out, stick it to the parcel , and drop off your parcel at the designated parcel point.
Returns are free for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, for other countries, return costs are at your own expense.
Please note! Always add the packing slip to the return shipment so we will have the details of the order. If you no longer have the packing slip, please add a note with your order number. Always keep the proof of shipment from the carrier until we have processed your return.
It’s at your own risk to return an item.
We do not carry responsibility for packages that have been lost or damaged during transport.
RETURN COSTS
For The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany we charge no return costs.
For other countries return costs will always be charged by the selected courier.
Be sure to keep proof of shipment from your selected courier. As reimbursement will be processed after we have received your return.
SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR PRODUCT(S)?
If a product you ordered on our webshop is damaged, please let us know.
Please send us an e-mail with your order number and at least 2 photos, so we can solve this as soon as possible!
