How can I register a return?

You can easily register your product(s) via our return portal, we charge no return costs. 
You only need your email address &  order number.
This order number can be found in the order confirmation which you have received by e-mail.

After you have followed the steps, a return label will be created. Print it, place it visibly on your package and return your package to the nearest parcel point.

Please note! Always add the packing slip to the return shipment so we will have the details of the order. If you no longer have the packing slip, please add a note with your order number. Always keep the proof of shipment from the carrier until we have processed your return.

It’s at your own risk to return an item.
We do not carry responsibility for packages that have been lost or damaged during transport.

How long may I return my item?

We offer a 45-day return period.
You have the right to return you order withing 45 days of receiving the package.
In order to accept your return, make sure all returned items are undamaged and in their original state.

When will I get my money back?

All accurately returned items will be refunded as soon as possible, within 14 days of receiving the return.
If you have paid by credit card, the purchase amount will be refunded to this credit card account.
If you have paid by iDEAL or Bancontact, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible.
If an order is paid with PayPal, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same PayPal account.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange an item, please order your desired item on our webshop first and return the item you wish to exchange after placing the new order.
This to prevent the desired item being out of stock once we receive your return.

When returning an item, please make sure it’s unworn an in its original packaging.

What are the return costs?

For The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany we charge no return costs.
For other countries return costs will always be charged by the selected courier.
Be sure to keep proof of shipment from your selected courier. As reimbursement will be processed after we have received your return.
